In Home Newborn Sessions|Central Florida
In home sessions allow you to stay in the comfort of your own space.
I bring everything needed and use natural, and artificial light to create soft, timeless images. There is no stressing over bringing your baby out of the house, or worrying about what to have them wear. In home sessions can either feel more unposed, and lifestyle looking- or I can create a faux studio setup- where you have more posed, and composed photos. Either selection will ensure an amazing gallery of images for your family to cherish for a lifetime.
Studio Newborn Sessions
Studio sessions offer a clean, simple look with controlled lighting.
These are perfect if you want a minimal and polished style. I offer a small in home studio space that includes wraps, outfits, hats, and backdrops for your baby, and we can create a custom setup for your family. Newborn sessions are always baby led. We take breaks as needed and move at a pace that keeps everyone comfortable. Sometimes that means that sessions can take 2-3 hours- but the results are 100% worth it!

When to Schedule Your Newborn Session
The ideal time for newborn photos is within the first 5 to 14 days after birth.
During this time, babies are typically sleepier and easier to gently pose.
However, if your baby is older, do not worry.
I photograph newborns beyond this stage as well, focusing more on natural interaction and connection. Each stage of babyhood is beautiful, and deserves to be captured.
What to Wear for Your Newborn Session?
Keeping things simple is key.
Neutral tones like creams, soft grays, and muted colors photograph beautifully and keep the focus on your baby.
Flowy dresses for moms and simple outfits for dads and siblings create a soft and cohesive look.

There are not enough words to describe the work of Lily Bugs. We booked her for a newborn session, the process was fairly easy. Before the session takes the time to get to know you to personalize it. Most importantly she works accordingly to your budget.
When she got to our house our daughter had already been up for 5 hours, she was extremely fuzzy and refusing to sleep. Celena went out of her way to comfort our kid so we can capture our baby. Not only did she comfort our kid she made us feel comfortable!! When taking the pictures she was very professional, she was always on the look out for our babys safety and she was very knowledgeable. We were even able to include our dogs, which we consider part of the family and oh boy they were very excited but we made it work.
Now the pictures? The same day we got a sneak peak. The pictures came out bright, not heavily edited and very cute. As a first time parent i thank her for being able to work with us. Celena was not only very sweet but she went out of her way to make my vision for my newborn's photo shoot a reality. My sweet little one was not the most cooperative on the day of shooting but Celena was very patient and made it work. I was starting to get overwhelmed looking for a photographer to take pics for my newborn. After I reach out to a couple different businesses I ran into LillyBugs I’m so glad I did the service was great. Photographer didn’t hesitate to respond back we exchange emails set up a date and got it done everything was so smooth even down to the pictures being took and the turn around time she was so patient and gentle I definitely will be booking with her again!
