Why Mirror Lake is Perfect for Maternity Photos

Mirror Lake is one of my favorite locations for maternity sessions in Lakeland. It offers such a beautiful variety in one location, which allows us to create a full gallery without needing to travel anywhere else.

During this session, we were able to capture soft greenery and palm-lined walkways, romantic stone archways and textured backdrops, elegant architecture and columns, and peaceful lakeside views during golden hour.

The way the light reflects off the water at sunset creates the most dreamy glow, which is perfect for maternity photography.

This sweet mama wore the most beautiful flowing dress that complemented the soft greens and warm tones of the location perfectly. The movement of the dress, combined with the golden light, created such a soft and timeless look.
